Prices

The prices listed are subject to alteration without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the current price on the day of shipment. All wholesale prices listed are net, excluding GST, and are quoted on an ex-warehouse basis.

Colours & Images

Colour swatches shown throughout this website are an indication only and should not be used as the sole resource when selecting products. Images used throughout the website were correct at time of posting and the product may vary throughout the year when packaging is updated.

Orders

Orders are processed and delivered quicker when code numbers are used. Proforma orders will be dispatched after payment has been arranged.

Claims

Claims for faulty goods, goods damaged in transit or goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The invoice number must be quoted.

Goods & Services Tax

GST will be added to the price of the goods.

Payment Terms

Where credit has been offered, payment is strictly due 30 days net. All other orders must be prepaid prior to the goods being shipped.

Return of Goods

Stock cannot be returned without the prior approval of the company. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition in original packaging, without price stickers or other marks. The customer will pay freight on goods returned when Rossdale Pty Ltd is not at fault.

Freight

Freight is payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Rossdale Pty Ltd. Orders over $500 will be delivered free to metro based locations.

Merchandisers

All Merchandisers/Display Stands remain the property of Rossdale Pty Ltd and are only to be used to display product brands sold by Rossdale Pty Ltd.

Minimum order

Orders of less than $300 will incur a handling charge of $10.

All goods remain the property of Rossdale Pty Ltd until fully paid for

We reserve the right to repossess all goods which remain unpaid for at the purchasers cost. The 2022-2023 catalogue pricing and terms & conditions of trade supercede all previous catalogue pricing and terms & conditions of trade.
