Neopaque shares many characteristics with Lumiere but is formulated with traditional pigments instead of metallics. These super opaque paints used by professional shoe painters provide maximum coverage on dark ground. They are also washfast, permanent on a wide variety of other surfaces, have superior durability and adhesion to non-traditional surfaces and won’t crack or peel with continuous wear.
