Jacquard No Flow

A starch-like fluid to inhibit dye from flowing; particularly useful when making fine lines with a brush or pen. Apply to the entire piece or a specific area. When dry apply colour using technique of your choice. It dries clear and rinses out with warm water. Apply straight from bottle. After paint or dyes have been set, rinse No Flow from fabric to restore its original softness.
